Kingdom Lifestyle

I want to start by saying I usually don’t speak on what is going on in the world in reserve of not wanting to rub people the wrong way because I know how I can get. With that being said everything I write today is written in and out of  love. My intentions aren’t to hurt any feelings. I don’t want to argue. I just want to feed people kingdom wisdom. I have gone back and forth whether or not to speak on this situation to be honest. My initial emotion was anger and I never want to dwell there. I also never want to speak out in anger, especially knowing that was one of my BS ways (before salvation). Therefore, I needed time to pray and process. This morning though….

I woke up thinking about the foolishness Broderick Steven Harvey shared with the world and how I shouldn’t give an ounce of Sugar Honey Iced Tea about how others feel about me defending my faith. After spending time with God this morning, I looked at my phone where I  received the confirmation I needed flashing me the green light to go ahead and share my feelings with you all.

As you can see, the bible app AND the abide meditation app was right in line with what I wanted to yell at the screen I was watching Steve Harvey share his nonsensical information on. If you are sitting there confused and unaware, recently Steve Harvey did an interview with a Youtuber named Nas Daily about the way he “prays”. Check out the video at the end of this post to watch the folly in full.

Now I felt the Holy Spirit’s red flags waving at me when I first began watching the video because of the attire and location of the video but of course I had to remember that you can’t evaluate by what someone is wearing or their location whether or not they are a Christian. We judge by fruit or, simply put, by actions. So I decided to continue to watch and listen to the video and, to my surprise, I just increasingly became sick to my stomach as the video went on.

I mean, I didn’t know what to expect at the beginning, but after I heard the question asking Steve why he didn’t lose faith after having success, I knew this was gonna be an interesting video. Is any faith based person, no matter the faith, ever gonna lose faith when success is gained? If anything it would cause them to have more faith in whomever they believe in right?!

The video goes on and on and then Steve says something that struck a nerve. He states that there is no one way to heaven and that it’s like cable tv having 800 channels of cable for entertainment and that just because someone takes a different channel than you doesn’t mean they aren’t getting into heaven. Wait… what…

This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you builders, which has become the cornerstone. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved

ACTS 4:11-12

Let me just repeat that for the people in the back. THERE IS NO OTHER NAME UNDER HEAVEN GIVEN AMONG MEN BY WHICH WE ARE SAVED! Not Muhammad, not the prophet Elijah, not our ancestors, not even Jesus’s mother Mary. Matthew chapter 7 also assists in letting us know that all dogs do not go to heaven metaphorically speaking.

Enter through the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the road is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who go through it. How narrow is the gate and difficult the road that leads to life, and few find it

MATTHEW 7:13-14

THE GATE IS NARROW AND THE ROAD IS DIFFICULT THAT’S WHY FEW PEOPLE FIND IT!!! Excuse me, that’s me yelling at the screen again. I had so many emotions while watching this video. Initially I was angry because I don’t play about my heavenly Father, the God of all creation, the ruler of the Heavens and the Earth, the controller of all elements and creatures in between. Then I began to feel sad and hurt because Steve has too big of a following to be spreading so much misinformation. Our mission as true believers are to save souls not lead them astray. This is a prime example of what God meant when He said His people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. If you claim to be a follower of Christ it so vital that you get in your bible during these times. Stop relying on others to feed you knowledge because you will eventually start eating from the wrong plate.

This viral video has definitely opened my eyes to the blasphemous world agenda that is coming for Christianity. They are wanting to mix religions in the name of unified tolerance and call it “Progressive Christianity”.

I get what they are trying to do as far as unifying the world because business wise, through legislation I can only assume, they are probably preparing to come together as a one world order so they are trying to program us into conforming in a unified religious way. If you are in disagreement you can also look up the amen and “awoman prayer” at the Congressional meeting from a few weeks ago that just might change your mind. I won’t even get started on that TRASH.

Let anyone who has eyes see and anyone who has ears listen LORD. I haven’t said it out loud but i’m going to share it with you today. It is stuff like this that make me ashamed to even say I am a Christian. I have recently decided that I can no longer claim to be a “Christian” due to what the masses are beginning to change Christianity into. I think I will just say I am a believer in Almighty God of the bible and a follower of Jesus Christ of the bible and His teachings. You know, be really specific so that way no one will be able to confuse my beliefs with their own.

I feel this is the beginning of the persecution period coming for us bible believers and it’s time for me to start sharpening my sword.  I might as well start to practice my defense so that when the times get real I’ll be more than prepared. That being said, you will definitely see more culturally related posts dealing with my reactions and what the Word of God says in reference about it. Check out the Steve Harvey video below if you haven’t already and let me know below what you feel about it.
