How To Write Powerful Prayers

“Don’t worry about about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your request to God”

Philippians 4:6

I know all too well about how saying prayer aloud can be nerve wrecking and that is why I have decided to focus on introducing you to writing your prayers. My goal is to show you how to write powerful prayers that are scripture filled and pleasing to God.

A healthy prayer life is the most powerful characteristic you can have in your life. It is the line of communication to your creator. It is also the most powerful weapon to use against spiritual warfare besides scripture. However, more than often, I hear Christians say they don’t know how to pray or what to say in prayer. This always catches me off guard and I often wonder, well, what do you say when you really need God to come through for you?

“Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.”

Romans 8:26

This lack of confidence really had me concerned because I know not everyone’s prayers are perfect but feeling less than confident in how you pray is something the enemy could use to keep you distant from God. I never want to see my sisters and brothers not utilizing the power of prayer so I decided to write a book giving a detailed description of how to formulate and write out your prayers.

In this FREE eBook, I walk you through the process of writing powerful prayers with the popular P.R.A.Y. method. I also show you how to incorporate scriptures that relate to whatever it is that you are praying for at the time so that the power of scripture is infused within your prayers.

Writing out your prayers not only gives you the time to process what it is you are wanting to talk to God about but also gives you a record to look back on when your prayers have been answered. You are able to have written proof of how God is moving in your life. As well as get familiar with the promises of God that are written in scripture.

“But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you. And when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words”

Matthew 6:6-7
